For experienced landlords who'd prefer to maintain management responsibility for their properties but keep rent collection separate.

Once we offer it, our service to you will include: 

​

• collecting rent in accordance with the tenancy agreement;

• sending rent statements each time a payment is made;

• sending rent to your bank account usually within 3 business dates of receipt; and  

• basic arrears management including sending tenants 14 and 28 days reminder letters.

PLEASE NOTE WE'RE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO OFFER A RENT COLLECTION SERVICE AS WE'RE IN THE PROCESS OF JOINING A CLIENT MONEY PROTECTION SCHEME BUT NOT YET REGISTERED. WE EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO OFFER THIS SERVICE SHORTLY SO WATCH THIS SPACE.
