In July 2019, the government launched a 12 week consultation on abolishing so called ‘no-fault’ evictions and improving Section 8 grounds which ended in October 2019. Whilst the results of the consultation are awaited, this short video from the RLA highlights some of the potential implications for landlords and the private rented sector if the Section 21 process is abolished.
