Comprising Bradford, Great Horton and Wibsey, BD7 is situated in south central Bradford and is bordered by BD1, BD5, BD6 and BD8.

In 2011 there were 11,439 dwellings. 12.7% of properties are flats while houses make up 87.3% of housing stock (terraced properties being the most prevalent housing type). 59.6% of residents own their own homes while 30.4% live in privately rented accommodation.
